Because every Universe Digital product is made specifically for you when you order it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is standard for made-to-order and print-on-demand products.
However, we fully stand behind the quality of every item we send.
If something is wrong, we fix it
If your item arrives:
- Damaged or faulty
- With a print defect
- Incorrect (wrong item or wrong size sent)
Email us at hello@universe-digital.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no arguments, no hoops to jump through.
Sizing
Because we cannot accept returns for sizing, please check our Size Guide before ordering. If you are unsure, email us first and we will help you choose the right size.
