Every Universe Digital product is made to order. That means we do not hold stock — your item is printed and made specifically for you when you place your order.

Production time

Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. This applies to all products — shirts, boardshorts, hoodies, and dry robes.

Free UK shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £75. This is applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 8 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@universe-digital.com and we will look into it for you.
