By using universe-digital.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written in plain English, not legalese.
Our products
All products are made to order. Product images are accurate representations but slight variations in colour may occur between screens and print. We use GOTS-certified organic cotton satin for shirts and recycled lycra for boardshorts.
Pricing
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you pay is locked in at the time of your order.
Orders
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, production begins. Because items are made specifically for you, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have entered production (typically within 24 hours of ordering).
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control. See our full Shipping Policy for details.
Faulty items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. See our Returns Policy for details.
